    Job Responsibilities:

    PEOPLE:

    • Lead by example, demonstrating professional conduct, respect, and adherence to the Company's Core Values and hospitality standards.

    • Oversee recruiting and hiring, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and that all employees undergo induction and position-appropriate training.

    • Manage administration tasks, including performance reviews, employee file maintenance, and documentation of incidents.

    • Develop a cohesive team, providing coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to ensure long-term success and consistency in achieving the organization's goals.

    PRODUCT:

    • Ensure quality assurance, sanitation, and Department of Health (DOH) compliance, proactively addressing potential problems and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the operation.

    • Maintain technical knowledge and proficiency in systems and platforms used within the Company, including store procedures, accounting, scheduling, and knowledge of the Company's product and values.

    • Solicit and communicate team and guest feedback to continuously improve the operation.

    PHYSICAL PLANT:

    • Manage the upkeep of the facility, performing regular walk-throughs, managing deep cleaning programs, repair and maintenance activities, and pest extermination programs.

    • Ensure preventive maintenance of the facility and equipment.

    PROMOTION:

    • Work with teams to increase guest counts, daily sales, and operational profitability, executing annually established marketing plans.

    PROFIT:

    • Manage the financial health of the business, monitoring trends, labor, costs, and ensuring the achievement of budgeted financial goals.

    • Analyze financial reports and implement improvement plans based on data.


    PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

    This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds, and frequent hand washing. The working environment may be loud, distracting, and fast-paced.
