With a rich background in tennis that began in 2007 at the ATEC academy in Venezuela, Juan has honed his skills both on the court and as a coach. His experience spans teaching a diverse range of players, from enthusiastic children taking their first swings to adults refining their game.

In addition to Juan's tennis expertise, he is also a certified Padel coach, having completed training with PadelMBA. This certification is complemented by over three years of active participation in the sport, showcasing a commitment to both playing and understanding the nuances of Padel.

Furthering his professional development, he has achieved an Associate's Degree in Logistics from the Universidad Tecnológica del Centro in Venezuela, indicating a well-rounded educational background and a readiness to tackle challenges both on and off the court.

Beginning his tennis journey at the age of 7 at the ATEC Academy in Venezuela, Alejandro developed a strong technical foundation that carried him to compete at the collegiate level, representing Ramapo College as 1st singles and doubles.

With a PadelMBA certification and over three years of coaching experience, Alejandro believes that true improvement comes from a mix of hard work, consistency and mental resilience. Whether coaching a beginner or an advanced player, his approach is always personalized to suit the player's goals, strengths and areas for growth.

His background as a collegiate tennis player and his certification as a padel coach, allows him to offer a unique perspective to coaching- blending traditional tennis skills with the evolving game of padel.

In addition to his coaching career, Alejandro holds an associate's degree in science from Bergen Community College and is currently pursing a Bachelor of Arts in visual communication design at Ramapo College of New Jersey, further expanding his creative and professional skillset.
